Inigo provides three levels of comprehensive support. Our support package covers consultation, content organisation and server maintenance services.

If you need support services for Plone, the Inigo support team and partners are available to keep your services up and running reliably.

Our team of professionals has years of development and deployment experience with Plone and Zope on a wide variety of systems. We provide fixes and patches to popular add-ons as well as contribute add-ons used by other sites.

Basic

3 hours / month

For Plone users who need occasional ongoing support, minor system changes or advice. Basic support is appropriate for smaller organisations or  websites whose technology needs are relatively simple. It is also appropriate for those that have already had training and are relatively comfortable with existing solutions. Basic support includes up to 3 hours of support per month.

Intermediate

6 hours / month

For those who have just implemented a solution provided by us such a new site, major feature upgrade or migration, and require follow up support to ensure that the deployment of the solution is successful.

Advanced

12 hours /month

For those that have large and advanced solutions that are critical for the functionality of your organisation. You need rapid 24/7 support from experienced engineers and project consultants.
